SOUTH OF ENGLAND SHOW - ARDINGLY, WEST SUSSEX - Thursday 8th - Saturday 11th June
It always feels like summer has arrived when Equus receive our invitations to visit the annual South of England Show at Ardingly, West Sussex RH17 6TL. This year the show celebrates its 50th anniversary and the organisers plan to make it their ’best event ever’ taking place over 3 days – Thursday 8th June, Friday 9th June and Saturday 10th June.
Visitors can look forward to seeing the best examples of livestock, agriculture and countryside in the region as well over 500 trade stand exhibitors and a host of equestrian competitions including: International show jumping, showing, show hunters, driving classes, side saddle, heavy horse classes, Shetland Pony Grand National Races plus Britain’s top equestrian stunt team The Devil’s Horsemen who are this year’s new Main Ring entertainment.
Gates open each day 9am – 6.30pm and you can buy tickets online for a 15% discount off the gate prices and attend on whichever day you choose. Under 16s go FREE (accompanied by a paying adult) with ample free parking available. Please note: Dogs are best left at home as they aren’t allowed in the livestock or food areas.
